	PURUP-ESKOFOT DPX SYSTEM The DPX is a 3600 DPI internal drum Computer-To-Plate device. CTP technology guarantees top quality by making a clean, first generation dot directly on the plate. All the quality reducing intermediate steps of classical platemaking are eliminated. The plates are fed into the drum, secured by vacuum, register punched, exposed, then fed into an integrated processing and drying unit. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.
	HEIDELBERG PRESSES We use the very latest technology from Heidelberg, a renowned printing press manufacturer. Our colour presses can give you that perfect look for all your corporate stationery, direct mail pieces, and other high quality miscellaneous marketing collateral.
	DUPLO BOOKLET MAKER We use a Duplo booklet maker to automate the process of producing booklets and newsletters etc. This equipment can handle up to a 24page booklet without any additional finishing steps. It collates, folds and then trims the completed booklet. Larger booklets involve some additional "hand" finishing.
	MORGANA AUTOCREASER The AutoCreaser's unique channel scoring action provides an ideal finish on substrates that are easily damaged using other methods. This is especially true in the case of the latest generation of ink or toner-based digital printing systems, where the use of rotary scoring often results in cracking of the stock and damage to the printed image.
	RICOH AFICIO 710 DIGITAL COLOUR PRINTERS The best option for smaller quantities. Features an impressive rate of 13 pages per minute in full color, 51 pages per minute in black & white after a first copy speed of just 14 & 7.3 seconds, respectively. With an improved image scanning technology that captures greater detail and more shades of color to ensure the highest reproduction fidelity.
	MORGANA UFO2 FOLDING MACHINE The heavy duty Morgana UFO2 folding machine can fold sizes up to A3 and can handle up to 30,000 sheets per hour on A4 size paper. Large capacity with loading on the run, proven reliability and flexibility, together with a range of cross folding attachments.
	PFI 660 GUILLOTINE The PFI 660 Guillotine accommodates cuts 26.5 inches wide and paper heights up to 3.93 inches. This model also offers a computerized cutter automation system that stores up to 72 cut locations with nine job selections for maximum productivity.
	NUMBERING, SCORING & PERFORATING MACHINE Capable of printing numbers onto pages or crash numbering them at very high speeds. The machine can also score and perforate pages.
